Every project follows a clear, repeatable process designed to ensure long-term performance and a clean finish. The process begins with substrate preparation. Floors are assessed and, where required, leveled to correct irregularities and reinforced with an underlayment or crack-isolation membrane. Walls and wet areas receive a full waterproofing system to protect the structure behind the tile.
Before installation, we plan the tile layout and cuts to ensure balanced lines, clean transitions, and an optimized visual result. Tiles are then set using a quality thinset mortar and a leveling clip system (typically 1/16″ spacing, or adjusted by request) to maintain consistent grout lines and minimize lippage.
